Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services from VPSProfi (vpsprofi.com). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. VPS resources and domain names are provisioned automatically and immediately upon payment. Once a service is activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage all customers to review our service offerings, pricing, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
2. VPS Hosting
VPS services are allocated and activated automatically upon payment confirmation. No refunds will be issued for VPS services, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the service
- Dissatisfaction with performance
- Accidental purchase
- Incompatibility with third-party software
You may cancel your service at any time from your client area. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.
3. Domain Name Registration
Domain registrations are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain name has been registered on your behalf, the registration fee is immediately forwarded to the domain registry and cannot be recovered.
The customer is fully responsible for:
- Verifying the domain name spelling before completing the order
- Ensuring the domain is renewed before its expiry date
- Any consequences arising from domain expiry due to non-renewal
VPSProfi accepts no liability for the loss of a domain name due to the customer’s failure to renew in time. Expired domains may become publicly available and cannot be guaranteed for recovery.
4. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from VPSProfi, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Renewal reminders are sent as a courtesy only and are not a substitute for the customer’s own responsibility to monitor expiry dates
- Technical issues must be reported promptly — VPSProfi cannot be held responsible for issues that were not reported in a timely manner
- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their service is working correctly after any configuration change
- VPSProfi is not liable for data loss resulting from customer error, non-payment, or failure to maintain backups
5. Service Outages
In the event of a verified and extended service outage caused directly by VPSProfi, we may offer account credits at our sole discretion. Credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident to [email protected] with full details of the issue.
6. Exceptions — Duplicate or Erroneous Charges Only
Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
- A duplicate payment was charged for the exact same service
- A payment was processed after a confirmed cancellation request
Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge to [email protected], including your order ID and payment details. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
7. Cancellation
To cancel a service, log in to your client area at vpsprofi.com and submit a cancellation request. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Charges already processed at the time of cancellation will not be refunded.
