Terms of Service

Welcome to VPSProfi (vpsprofi.com). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. Services

VPSProfi provides cloud VPS hosting and domain name registration services. We work with third-party infrastructure and domain providers to deliver these services. VPSProfi reserves the right to modify its service offerings, technical specifications, or pricing with reasonable prior notice to the customer.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. VPSProfi cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails
  • Hosting malware, phishing sites, or illegal content
  • Conducting DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
  • Running scripts or software that negatively impact server stability
  • Using VPS storage as a backup system or file repository unrelated to your service
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others
  • Any activity that violates applicable local or international laws

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund and without prior notice.

4. Payment and Billing

All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are listed excluding VAT where applicable. VAT may be added depending on your location and is calculated automatically at checkout. Electronic invoices issued by VPSProfi are considered valid and binding.

5. Service Renewal and Expiry

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure timely renewal of all services before the expiry date. Renewal reminders sent by VPSProfi are a courtesy only — failure to receive a reminder does not exempt the customer from their renewal obligations.

Services that remain unpaid after the due date will be suspended after a grace period of 2 days and permanently terminated after 14 days. VPSProfi accepts no liability for data loss, domain expiry, or any service interruption resulting from the customer’s failure to renew on time.

Domain names that expire due to non-renewal may become publicly available. VPSProfi cannot guarantee the recovery of an expired domain and accepts no responsibility for its loss.

6. Customer Responsibility for Technical Issues

The customer is responsible for monitoring the performance and availability of their own services at all times. In the event of a technical issue, the customer must:

  • Report the issue promptly to our support team at [email protected]
  • Provide sufficient details to allow investigation (server ID, error messages, timestamps)
  • Verify their own configuration before assuming the issue is on our end

VPSProfi cannot be held responsible for issues that were not reported in a timely manner, or for problems caused by the customer’s own configuration, installed software, or misuse of the service. Support covers infrastructure provided by VPSProfi only, and does not extend to customer-side development, applications, or content.

7. Data and Backups

The customer is solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. VPSProfi does not provide automatic backups and does not guarantee data recovery. Upon service termination or non-renewal, all associated data will be permanently deleted with no possibility of recovery. We strongly recommend performing regular backups of all important data.

8. Uptime and Service Level

VPSProfi targets a monthly uptime of 99.9% for its hosting services, excluding planned maintenance and force majeure events. In cases where this threshold is not met due to VPSProfi’s fault, the customer may be eligible for a proportional service credit upon request. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The customer retains ownership of their content. VPSProfi retains all rights to its infrastructure, software, trademarks, and systems. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or attempt to reverse-engineer VPSProfi’s systems is strictly prohibited.

10. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold VPSProfi harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

VPSProfi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the last 30 days for the affected service.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, widespread power outages, war, or government actions.

13. Suspension and Termination

VPSProfi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without compensation in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use. The customer may cancel their services at any time from the client area with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the next renewal date.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information exchanged in the course of the business relationship, during and after the term of service.

15. Changes to Terms

VPSProfi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified by email or via their client area. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
